Il exhale des notes de franches de fruits noirs associées à un fin toasté apporté par l'élevage long en barrique neuve de chêne français. Sa composition a 100% en merlot lui permet néanmoins d'associer force et rondeur.

Appareance

Black colour, intense, ruby red highlights.

Nose

Characterful, smoky, intense black fruit aromas, subtle liquorice aromas, smoky aromas, arômes de toasté. Dominante toastée au premier nez qui s'ouvre sur les fruits et les épices à l'aération.

Palate

Deep, plentiful, betwitching, long tannin, ripe tannin, round, structured body, strong intensity, long length. Persistant avec une structure solide et veloutée, l'amplitude permet de belles associations avec des mets puissants. Les arômes fruités reviennent en finale.
